Pursuant  to the provisions of Item 8.2.3.3 of the RSE Enforcement Note

on  Securities  lists, the RSE Management Board resolved on its meeting

of  October 24, 2003 to extend the submission deadline for 2003 9-month

non-audited financial statements till:



·        JSC "Latvijas kuģniecība" -  November 7, 2003;



·        JSC ""Ventspils nafta" -  October 30, 2003;



·        JSC "Kaija"-  October 30, 2003;



·        JSC "Olainfarm" -  October 27, 2003.
