Today, on October 6, the buyout of JSC "Poligrāfists" shares offered by

"Apgāds Zvaigzne ABC" closed.



"Apgāds Zvaigzne ABC" bought 80 170 shares or 21.65% of public shares.



The  buyout  offer  was open from September 8 till October 6, 2003, and

the  price  was LVL 1.04 per share. The buyout was executed on the Riga

Stock Exchange trading system.



JSC "Poligrāfists" is listed on the Riga Stock Exchange Free list.
