Financial  and  Capital  Market Commission, pursuant to Item 2.5 of the

Share  buyout  Regulations,  has  resolved  to allow JSC "Zvaigzne ABC"

(registered   at   Company  register  of  the  Republic  of  Latvia  on

16.10.1993,  registration  #0003157416,  to  announce a mandatory share

buyout offer to JSC "Poligrāfists" shareholders.
