JSC  "Rīgas Transporta flote" AGM of shareholders was held on May 23,

2003 and resolved on the following:

1.    To approve the Annual Report for 2002;

1.1. To approve the Report on Dependency;

2.     To  discharge  Management  Board members from liability for 2002

operations;

3.    To approve the budget and operational plan for 2003;

4.    To elect Ēvalds Figurnovs a certified auditor (Licence Nr.38).
