Pursuant  to  Item  11.2.3  of  the RSE Enforcement Note on Securities

Lists,  RSE  Management Board resolved on its meeting of May 2, 2003 to

suspend the trading, starting with May 2, 2003, for Free list companies

Jelgavas  BK,  Narūta,  Rīgas  kinostudija,  Paraugtipogrāfija,  Saldus

naftas bāze, Tukuma MRS, Ventspils ZKK, Rīgas elektromašīnbūves rūpnīca

due  to  their  failure  to  submit  financial statements for 2002 in a

timely manner.
