RSE Management Board on its meeting of April 30, 2003 resolved:

  * pursuant  to Item 8.2.3.3 of the RSE Enforcement Note on Securities

    Lists,   to   extend   the   submission   date  for  JSC  "Latvijas

    zoovetapgāde" audited Annual Report for 2002 till May 26, 2003.

  * pursuant  to Item 8.2.3.3 of the RSE Enforcement Note on Securities

    Lists,  to  extend  the submission date for JSC "Rīgas sporta pils"

    audited Annual Report for 2002 till May 8, 2003.
