RSE  Management  Board  on  its  meeting  of  April 25, 2003 resolved,

pursuant  to  Item  8.2.3.3  of  the RSE Enforcement Note on Securities

Lists, to extend the submission date for:

·     JSC  "Latvijas  kuģniecība"  audited  Annual  Report for 2002 and

non-audited  financial  statements for the 1st quarter of 2003 till May

8, 2003;

·    JSC "Ventspils nafta" non-audited financial statements for the 1st

quarter of 2003 till May 8, 2003.
