On December 27, 2002 a deal was accomplished resulting in sales of four

unfinished  buildings located at 71a Krustpils Street. The value of the

deal is LVL 170,000, equal to the present market value of the property.

The  buyer is a UK company City Transport Services LLP. "Grindeks" sold

the  buildings  because  their  use  were  not  a  part  of the Company

development  plans.  The  deal was also encouraged by the fact that the

company  was refused the permission of debt-equity swap, and spare cash

is needed for development.
