 JSC "Valmieras stikla šķiedra" Supervisory Board meeting of August 29,

2002 reviewed the performance of the Management Board in the first half

of  2002  and  assessed  it  as  successful  Supervisory Board approved

investments of LVL 270 thousand to be made over 2002.
