Riga  Stock  Exchange  Management Board approved changes in the RSE Dow

Jones capitalisation index composition.



Starting  with  April  2,  2002  JSC  "Ditton PKR", JSC "Grindeks", JSC

"Kaija",  JSC  "Liepājas  Metalurgs",  JSC  "Olainfarm"  and JSC "Pirmā

banka"  will be included in the index. Thus, the index will be built of

all  companies listed on the Official and Second list of the Riga Stock

Exchange.



JSC  "Staburadze"  was  deleted  from  the  index, since the company is

listed  on  the  Free  list  and  does  not  comply  with  index basket

requirements.
