Resolution of the RSE Management Board of April 2, 2002:

1.  To  supplement the RSE Management Board resolution of March 7, 2002

"Events  when  the  RSE Management Board may cancel price spread limits

for  a security" with a new Item 3: "Share buy-back offer in accordance

with the provisions of the Law on Securities."

2.  Pursuant  to  the provisions of the RSE Enforcement Note on Trading

and  Quotation  and  resolution of the RSE Management Board of March 7,

2002  "Events  when  the  RSE  Management Board may cancel price spread

limits  for a security", price spread limits shall be cancelled for JSC

"Rota" shares for April 2 trading session.
