According to "Sefico Holding B.V", a shareholder of JSC "Gutta", it has

transferred   all  its  holding  in  "Gutta"  to  "Ellipse  Electronics

Limited".  The transfer consists of 12,939,336 common registered voting

shares  of  closed  issue and 1,679,024 public common registered voting

shares, and builds 46.8% of "Gutta" voting shares.
