JSC  "Latvijas  Gāze"  has  been  advised  by  SIA  "Itera  Latvija" on

acquisition  of  the Company shares on 30.08.2001. As a result, "Itera"

owns  9,975,701  public shares in JSC "Latvijas Gāze", securing 25.003%

of votes to the shareholder.
