JSC  "Latvijas  jūras medicīnas centrs" has signed a purchase agreement

with  JSC "Latvijas Privatizācijas Aģentūra" regarding acquisition of a

block  of  shares in state LLC "Neirožu stacionārs". The block consists

of 84,418 shares, or, 44.5%

of  the  target  company.  The value of the acquisition is LVL 202.603,

payable 40%

in  cash  (LVL  81,041) and 60% in privatisation vouchers (4,341 units)

over a 3

year  period. Simultaneously, a pledge agreement on the block of shares

(84,418

shares) was signed, with the purpose to provide a collateral in case of

"Latvijas jūras medicīnas centrs" failure to pay in time, or in case of

cancellation of the purchase agreement.
