JSC  "Gutta"  extraordinary  shareholders  general meeting on March 20,

2001 decided to postpone review of following questions due to potential

coming  to  force  Commercial  Law and to authorise Management Board to

call extraordinary shareholders general meeting with same agenda:

-  Reversing  of  JSC "Gutta" public company status and transforming of

public share issue to closed share issue;

- Confirmation of JSC "Gutta" new wording of charter;

- Appointing of authorised person.

At the same time shareholders general meeting decided to release on her

own request Sniedze Lice from responsibilities of member of Supervisory

Board  and  to  elect  Valdis  Mitbergs  as a new member to Supervisory

Board.
