JSC  "Gutta" extraordinary shareholders general meeting on February 19,

2001  did  not  take  place  due  to  absence  of  quorum. Therefore in

compliance  with  Law  "On  Joint  Stock  Companies" part 56. point 4.,

repeated  shareholders  general meeting at 10 AM on March 20, 2001 will

be called in JSC "Gutta" office Maskavas str.240

with same agenda.

Shareholders can block their shares to March 10, 2001.
