JSC   "Latvijas   Gaze"   informs   that  in  first  4  month  of  2000

(on.01.05.2000)  company  sales  reached  613,3 million cubic metres of

natural gas and 8,26

thousand tons of liquefied gas.

In  the  same  period  of  last  year  JSC "Latvijas Gaze" has sold 490

million tons of natural gas and 8,19 tons of liquefied gas.

Company  reminds  that  JSC  "Latvijas  Gaze"  operations have seasonal

character therefore most of forecasted sales take place during I and IV

quarter.
