On  25  February  the foundation meeting of the pension fund Unipensija

took place.

The  founders  are  Latvijas  Unibanka,  Māras  Banka and the insurance

company  Rīgas  Fenikss - life insurance, with 81, 9 and 10 per cent of

shares respectively. The statutory capital of the fund is 400 000 lats.
