gas  company  Gazprom  has fully paid for 1 435 740 JSC "Latvijas Gaze"

closed  issue  shares  by  paying  LVL  2  096  180,  40. Therefore JSC

"Latvijas Gaze" registered share capital is fully paid up and makes LVL

39 900 000.
