Ventspils nafta Supervisory Board has approved the budget for 2000:

· operational revenues - 37.372 million Ls;

· operational expenses - 26.271 million Ls;

· taxes and dues - 2.420 million Ls;

· net profit 8.68 million Ls;

·  dividends (for 2000) - 0.03 Ls per share, total amount 3.134 million

Ls;

Ventspils  nafta  Supervisory  Board  has  also approved the investment

programme for the years 2000 - 2005:

·  within the six years, total investment amount will be 92.983 million

Ls;  out  of  this,  29.427 million Ls will be invested during the year

2000.
