After   merger   of   Latvijas   Industriālajai   banka   and  Baltijas

Starptautiska banka (BSB) JSC "Grindeks" held 2,7% from total capital.

On Thursday December 23, 1999 JSC "Grindeks" Supervisory Board Chairman

Pēteris  Stupāns  signed  agreement  to  sell  mentioned shares to four

private persons (shareholders of BSB) for USD 190 thousand.
