JSC  "Balta"  informs  that  on  the  May  26,1999  agreement regarding

insurance portfolio transfer from mutual insurance co-operation society

"Drosiba"   to  the  JSC  "Balta"  is  being  signed.  Total  worth  of

transferred insurance portfolio liabilities are LVL 3,3 million.
