Hansa Capital has reached an agreement with creditors to borrow Euro 30

million.

The   arrangers  of  the  facility  are  EBRD,  Deutsche  Bank  AG  and

Commerzbank   AG.   The  loan  is  covered  by  a  guarantee  from  JSC

"Hansapank".
