JSC  "Rigas  Transporta  flote"  shareholders general meeting will take

place at

10AM on the May 15,1999 at World Trade Center "Riga", Elizabetes str.2,

Riga.

On the agenda:

1) Management Board report about results in the 1998.

2) Conformation of 1998 Financial statement and distribution of profit.

3) Conformation of 1999 budget and plan of operations.

4)  Releasing  of  Management Board members from responsibility for the

1998.

5)  Decreasing of public share issue by 11 900 of JSC "Rigas Transporta

flote" Management Board shares.

6) Elections of Management and Supervisory Board.

7) Elections of certified auditor.

Registration of shareholders will take place at May 15,1999 from 8.30AM

to

9.30.AM  at  World Trade Center "Riga". Shareholders can get acquainted

with  the  draft  of resolutions in the office of JSC "Rigas Transporta

flote"  at  Baltasbaznicas  str 52, by secretary from May 1 to 14, from

3PM to 5PM.
