2) Supervisory Board report and Certified auditors report.

3) Conformation of 1998 financial results and financial report.

4) Releasing of Management Board from responsibility for the 1998.

5) Elections of Supervisory Board.

6)  Elections  of  certified  auditor  conformation  of  the  amount of

recompensation.

7)  Miscellaneous  Registration  of shareholders will take place on the

day and place of venue from

9.30AM  to  10.45AM.Shareholders  who  wants  to attend meeting have to

block  their  shares  no later than April 14,1999. Shareholders can get

acquainted  with  the  draft  of resolutions from April 14 to 24, every

working   day   from   8AM   to  12PM  at  JSC  "Misas  kudra"  Bauskas
