JSC "Hansapank " and Sampo Enterprise continue negotiations on the sale

of Eesti Kindlustus to the latter. The target of the parties is to sign

the  binding sale agreement in February-March after the approval of the

relevant  authorities  and  the completion of the annual audit of Eesti

Kindlustus.

Sampo  Enterprise  and  JSC "Hansapank" have signed a letter of intent,

according  to  which  Sampo Enterprise will buy at least 96 per cent of

the shares of Eesti Kindlustus.
