The  Registry  Department  of  the  Tallinn  City  Court  has  notified

Hansapank  that  it has registered the increase of share capital of JSC

"Hansapank".  The  new  registered  share  capital  is EEK 735,444,500,

consisting  of  73,544,450  common  registered shares, B-series, with a

nominal value of EEK 10 each.
