CHANGES TO THE COUNCIL OF LITHUANIAN HANSABANKAS



The extraordinary shareholders meeting of Lithuanian Hansabankas

decided to recall from the Council of Hansabankas Erkki Raasuke, vice-

chairman of Hansabank Board and managing director of the Group

Estonian business unit of Hansabank Group as well as Ingrida Bluma,

member of Hansabank Board and managing director of the Groupp Latvian

business unit.



The meeting elected Kristina Siimar, CFO and member of the Board of

Hansabank and Aivo Adamson, Chief Risk Officer and member of the Board

of Hansabank as the new members of the Council.
