JSC LATVIJAS KRAJBANKA SHARES TO BE LISTED ON THE RSE FREE LIST



RSE Management Board on its meeting of October 21, 2004 resolved to list JSC “Latvijas 

Krājbanka” common bearer shares (nominal value LVL 1) on the RSE Free list starting with 

October 27, 2004 (ticker: LKB1R). 

The Issue Prospectus has been registered with the Financial and Capital Market Commission on 

July 29, 2004.
