Commercial Activities of Ventspils Nafta Daughter Company LatRosTrans Will 

Be Managed by Its Chief Executive Officers





In accordance with their commercial authorizations issued as per the 

requirements of Commercial law two Chief Executive Officers i.e. Technical 

Director Nikolai Szchepilov and Chief Accountant Cheslav Teivāns will be in 

charge of the commercial activities of the Ventspils Nafta daughter company 

LatRosTrans, Ltd. that owns and operates the crude oil and petroleum product 

pipeline on the territory of Latvia. 



The commercial authorizations issued by the Participants of the Latvian and 

Russian Parties to the both leading specialists who have long years of service 

within the company, will enable to solve any matters that are connected mainly 

with the Board’s functions.



The authorizations above will be in force until the Meeting of LatRosTrans 

Participants shall make a decision on the election of the company’s Board. The 

earlier elected Board member of LatRosTrans Alexander Guba has handed in his 

resignation from the Board as of his own will.
