Additional 10,000 “Latvijas kuģniecība” shares to be listed on the RSE



Riga Stock Exchange Management Board on its meeting of November 24, 2004 resolved to list, 

starting with December 1, 2004, 10,000 “Latvijas kuģniecība” bearer voting shares (nominal value 

LVL 1) on the RSE Main list. The said shares, pursuant to the resolution of the company’s EGM, 

result from conversion of 10,000 common non-voting shares (management board reserve shares).



Subsequent to the listing of the converted shares, the number of “Latvijas kuģniecība” bearer 

voting shares listed on the RSE will be 200,000,000.
