A notification on acquiring a significant holding in JSC “Ogre” share capital



Vasilijs Meļņiks, JSC “Ogre” Chairman of Supervisory Board, reports an acquisition of 2,873,661 

company shares from “Baltijas Holdings” on November 22, 2004. Simultaneously he reports the 

investing (on November 23, 2004) of 5,089,834 “Ogre” shares in his ownership in the share 

capital of SIA “Ogres Investīciju Fonds”, with the purpose to increase the company share capital. 

SIA “Ogres Investīciju Fonds” share capital increase has been recorded with the Company Register on 

November 24, 2004.
