JSC “Ogre” (OT Grupa)  amendments to the Charter registered in the Commercial Register



On November 29, 2004 JSC “Ogre” has completed the re-registration with the Commercial Register; 

hereafter the company name is changed to JSC  “OT Grupa”.

JSC  “OT Grupa” is a complete successor of JSC “Ogre” as to commitments, liabilities, claims and 

rights; retains the same registration number and business area. The legal address is changed and 

is 4-1 Ikšķiles Street, Ogre, Latvia, LV-5001.
