An “OT Grupa” shareholder (“Ogres Investīciju Fonds”) reports obtaining a significant holding



SIA “Ogres Investīciju Fonds” reports that on November 23, 2004 Vasilijs Meļņiks invested 5,089,834 

“OT Grupa” shares in “Ogres Investīciju Fonds”share capital as a share capital increase. Thus, “Ogres 

Investīciju Fonds” has become a shareholder of JSC “OT Grupa”.
