Baltic Trust Bank mortgage bonds to be listed on the RSE 



The first listing of “Baltic Trust Bank” LVL and USD denominated mortgage bonds will be on 

December 7, 2004.  



Riga Stock Exchange Management Board resolved on its meeting of December 3, 2004 to list on the 

RSE Bond list the 17,450 BTB 3YR LVL-denominated mortgage bonds (primary placement on November 

24, 2004), with total nominal value LVL 1,745,000. The bonds mature on December 1, 2007; the 

coupon rate is 1.25%+6-month RIGIBOR. The trading code is BTBBFLOT07.



Riga Stock Exchange Management Board resolved on its meeting of December 3, 2004 to list on the 

RSE Bond list the 7,000 BTB 5YR USD-denominated mortgage bonds (primary placement on November 24, 

2004), with total nominal value LVL 700,000. The bonds mature on December 1, 2009; the coupon rate 

is 1.25%+6-month USD LIBOR. The trading code is BTBBFLOT09.
