Supervisory Board Member of Tallinna Sadam replaced



With decision no. 3 of the shareholders' meeting of Port of Tallinn dated

08.12.2004 Eero Tohver has been withdrawn from the position of the member of the

Supervisory Board and Alo Kelder has been appointed the member of the Supervisory

Board.
