38,555 “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” bonds placed via the RSE



On December 21, 2004 primary placement of “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” bearer bonds was 

run on the Riga Stock Exchange; 38,555 bonds were placed.



Altogether 50,000 bearer bonds with total nominal value EUR 5,000,000 were offered, maturing 

on December 29, 2006, and with coupon rate 3.5% + 6-month EURIBOR. The settlement for the 

bonds will be on December 28, 2004. 



Primary placement of “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” bonds was run on the Riga Stock Exchange 

SAXESS trading platform during the trading sessions from December 1, 2004 10:00 till December 

21, 2004  12:00 Latvia time, pursuant to the procedure described in the issue prospectus and 

RSE Rules. “Parex banka” is the issuing agent.
