Baltic Tele AB increased its holding in AS Eesti Telekom



Pursuant to Article 185(1) of the Securities Market Act, Baltic Tele AB 

(a company incorporated pursuant to the laws of Sweden, registration number 

556454-0085, address c/o TeliaSonera AB, Ekonomi, Box 7754, SE-103 96, 

Stockholm, Sweden) hereby announces that on 28 December 2004 its holding 

in AS Eesti Telekom increased to more than 1/2 of all the votes represented 

by the shares of AS Eesti Telekom. 



As at 28 December 2004 Baltic Tele AB owns 68,977,314 votes represented by 

the shares of AS Eesti Telekom constituting 50.00004 per cent of all votes 

represented by the shares of AS Eesti Telekom.
