The trading of JSC “Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” to be resumed; surveillance retained



RSE Management Board resolved on its meeting of January 14, 2005 to resume the trading of JSC 

“Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” on I-list from January 17, 2005; the surveillance status, effective 

from January 13, will be retained.  



The trading of “Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” was suspended due to the failure by the issuer to 

disclose to the RSE the modernization plan and related investment plans. Now the company has 

provided the required information.
