“OT Grupa” has to repay the loan to “Latvijas Unibanka” 



“OT Grupa” has received a letter from “Latvijas Unibanka”, with the call to pay back the loan. 

The letter refers to the Loan Agreement, which specifies December 21, 2004 as the loan maturity, 

with the possibility of extension. The letter says: “since the term was not extended ( ...), 

we request that the principal of EUR  5,099,919.00 plus the accrued penalty, the latter to be 

specified on the repayment date, be repaid to the Bank”. 



Extraordinary General Meeting of January 14, 2005 charged  “OT Grupa” Management Board with the 

task to find money to fulfill the loan commitments. Money for the loan repayment will be raised 

via disposing of the assets that are not directly required for production, as well as via loans 

and leasing.
