Additional AS “Latvijas Gāze” shares to be listed on the RSE



2,500 JSC “Latvijas Gāze” shares will be listed on the Riga Stock Exchange Main List on February 

7, 2005 



RSE Management Board resolved to list additional 2,500 JSC “Latvijas Gāze” voting bearer shares 

(nominal value LVL 1) on the Riga Stock Exchange Official list. 



The additional shares are the result of converting identical number of registered non-voting 

shares (Management Board reserve) to bearer voting shares. This is the resolution of the company 

shareholders. 



Subsequent to the listing of the additional shares, the total number of listed “Latvijas Gāze” 

shares will be 25,328,520 voting bearer shares.
