ITERA reduces ownership interest in “Latvijas Gāze”



SIA “ITERA Latvija” has reported to the RSE a decrease of its holdings in JSC “Latvijas Gāze” 

by 3,591,790 shares, or, 9% of voting shares. Subsequent to the reduction, ITERA holds 

6,383,911 “Latvijas Gāze” public shares, or, 16% of share capital and voting shares.
