Amendments of Real Estate Fund Prospectus and Management By-Laws



Financial and Capital Market Commission has registered amendments to the 

prospectus and management by-laws of close-end investment fund Real Estate 

Fund (REF) on January 7, 2005.



The prospectus and management by-laws of REF were revised due to amendments of 

the Investment Management Companies Law. The amended management by-laws of REF 

take effect on January 17, 2005. The amended prospectus of REF becomes effective 

on February 7, 2005.



The prospectus and management by-laws of REF are published on the internet 

pages of Riga Stock Exchange (www.rfb.lv) and AS IPS “Optimus Fondi” 

(www.optimus.lv).
