ITERA reduces ownership interest in “Latvijas Gāze” (corrected number of shares)



SIA “ITERA Latvija” has reported to the RSE a decrease of its holdings in JSC “Latvijas Gāze” 

by 3,591,700 shares (the previous 3,591,790 is incorrect), or, 9% of voting shares. 

Subsequent to the reduction, ITERA holds 6,384,001 (the previous 6,383,911 is incorrect) 

“Latvijas Gāze” public shares, or, 16% of share capital and voting shares.
