interest rates were set for the interest period lasting from 15 February 2005 

till 15 August 2005:

The Mortgage Bank reminds that AN series mortgage bonds (ISIN code LV 0000800266)

to be initially placed on 10 February 2005 were assigned the interest rate for the 

first interest period (from 15 February 2005 till 15 August 2005) in the amount 

of 4.375% per annum on 1 February 2005.
