An “Daugavpils Lokomotivju Remonta Rupnica” shareholder reports obtaining 

a significant holding



Hereby we inform that according with agreement concluded February 9th, 2005 

between AS Spacecom and LLC Lokomotiiv Investeeringud concerning sell of the 

shares, LLC Lokomotiiv Investeeringud has acquired 920 000 (nine hundred 

twenty thousand) shares of AS Daugavpils Lokomotivju Remonta Rupnica from 

AS Spacecom.
