About acquisition of JSC "Rīgas Ostas elevators " shares



According to “Law of Financial Instruments Market” article 61., Janis Leimanis 

informs that in 07.03.2005. he has acquired 707 983 (seven-hundred seven thousand 

nine hundred eighty three) JSC “Rīgas Ostas elevators” (ROE1R) shares in non-public 

emission. After deal, Janis Leimanis owns 709 139 (seven-hundred nine thousand one 

hundred thirty nine) JSC “Rīgas Ostas elevators” shares, from which 1 156 (one 

thousand one hundred fifty-six) are in public turnover. Total amount of JSC “Rīgas 

Ostas elevators” shares Janis Leimanis has on 08.03.2005. is 45.16 percent of 

JSC “Rīgas Ostas elevators” shares with voting rights.
