SIA “Dova1” (registered in Latvia) announces that company has acquired significant 

participation in AS “Rīgas Ostas elevators”. On 14.03.2005., SIA “Dova1” has acquired 

33.52% or 526 431 LVL of share capital, of which 20.52% with voting rights in public 

turnover and 13% with voting rights not in public turnover.
