Riga Regional Court rejects “Stirolbiofarm Balticum Ltd.” claim against JSC “Olainfarm” 



On November 8th, 2004, Latvian company “Stirolbiofarm Balticum Ltd.” brought 

an action before Riga Regional Court against JSC “Olainfarm” on invalidation of its 

trademark CITRAMON.



The hearing was held on March 9th, 2005. In accordance with the judgement pronounced 

on March 22nd, 2005, the claim was rejected.



JSC “Olainfarm” uses the trademark CITRAMON together with trademark OL-Citramons for 

its popular assuagement and pyretic drug which JSC “Olainfarm” produces since 1994.
