Surveillance terminated for “Ventspils nafta” 



RSE Management Board resolved on its meeting of March 30, 2005 to terminate the 

surveillance status for JSC Ventspils nafta from March 31, 2005. 

AS “Ventspils nafta” Management Board has considered the possibility to change the 

regulated market and has resolved to postpone, for a indefinite period of time, the review 

of the issue.  Simultaneously, it leaves open the possibility to return to the issue if the 

situation changes, and to inform the market participants on a timely basis.   



This means the circumstances serving as the cause for surveillance since March 8 no longer 

exist.
